To win in this category, judges were looking for:

• Improvements to existing processes, enhancing efficiency or quality.

• Creativity and forward-thinking demonstrated in approach.

• Measurable positive impact on community, organisation, or outcomes.

• Evidence of innovation leading to meaningful change.

It’s no surprise at Wildheart that the judges picked Regional Portfolio Manager, Victoria Ledger, for this prestigious award.

Leading our Eastbourne office with her amazing client-focused approach, Victoria’s Doyenne in Property Award for Community Engagement and Innovator of the Year is well deserved.

We are delighted, but not altogether surprised, at Victoria picking up another gong! This time, winning the Community Engagement and Innovator of the Year Award at this year’s Doyenne event. To say this is well-deserved is an understatement. Victoria has always had an inherent understanding of the importance of her role, and of the property manager’s role, in the community where she lives and works. And this is reflected in her approach to engagement with leaseholders. In our mind, throwing herself into arranging an afternoon’s welcome event (with tea and cake, of course) for leaseholders on a new portfolio instruction is real innovation!
