Wildheart Residential Management’s Technical Director Speaking at Isoler Building Safety Conference

We’re pleased to share that our Technical Director, James Capper, has been invited to speak at the Isoler Building Safety Conference. This year’s conference takes place on 23 October 2025 at the Crowne Plaza in Newcastle.

This national event brings together some of the leading voices in building safety, with Dame Judith Hackitt as the headline speaker.

James will be adding something a little different to the line-up. Instead of theory, his session will focus on the lived experience of residents and resident-led management companies navigating the Building Safety Act 2022.

RTMs and RMCs are often made up of volunteer directors with day jobs and families. When their buildings fall under the Act, they suddenly become Principal Accountable Persons with serious legal responsibilities.

By sharing the reality of what this means day to day, James will be clarifying obligations of the role. From dealing with statutory consultations to managing costs, delays, or the expectations of neighbours, James shares his real-world experience of it all.
